Young people aged 10 – 15 can be easily influenced simply as back seat learners, with parents or guardians, or friendship groups. With SmartPhone & social media usage on the increase with young people, especially teenagers, we have been working with these age groups increasingly in recent years. Our interactive workshops & presentations are designed to develop the mind sets and attitudes of young pedestrians, understand the main causes for pedestrian collisions and aims to assist the teenagers dealing with on going distractions when travelling.
For Key stage 4, this workshop is also designed to assist the learners thinking pre driver age as well as think about the importance of road safety. We ensure the workshops are fit for purpose and are delivered in a timely fashion.
“The Facilitator was excellent at interacting with the students, the students were very respectful due to his presence. The students found the workshops really interesting and the staff members stated how well the workshops had been run. I would definitely recommend the workshops to other year groups. ”
